Jordbund: 5 hektar med Ler og kalksten: En af de få Saint-Joseph fra de exclusive terroir calcaire.
Fremstilling: Manuel høst, 30% gærer i barrigues, resten i stål. Lagrer 10-12 mdr. i forsk. barrigues (1/3 er nye).
Produktion: 10.000 fl./ca. 2.000 fl. pr. hektar.

"The medium to full-bodied Saint Joseph Blanc was entirely barrel fermented and aged but in mostly four-year-old barrels. A blend of 98% Marsanne and 2% Roussanne, it boasts scents of pear and melon, a lush, creamy feel on the palate and a long, citrusy finish. It makes for a nicely balanced, refreshing wine that's easy to drink young."
