Fremstilling: Håndhøstet. Lagrer 16 mdr.: 25% i nye barriques, 20% i 1 års brugte barriques og 55% i to år gml. barriuques.
Produktion: 20.000 fl. Udbytte: 37 hl. pr. hektar.
