Terroir: 4 forskellige plots; Les Sables - La Coudraye - Les Pins - Les Perrières, i alt 4,75 hektar med grus på terrasser 50 meter over Loire floden - Vinstokkene er 40 år i gennemsnit.
Vinifikation: Manuel høst, dobbelt sortering af druerne.
Fermentering i åbne kar (blød maceration i 3-4 uger).
Lagring: 7-12 måneder på eg.
Høstudbytte: 40 hl. pr. hektar.
Amirault's mest populære Bourgueil, med sin indsmigrende og raffinerede frugtige stil. Yderst drikkevenlig Bourgueil, med nok nerve og intensitet til samtidig at kunne ledsage en lang række lette middagsretter. Vinen udvikler sig positivt 4-5 år efter aftapning.

"Lush and alluring black fruits swim from the glass, before plunging into a rich palate that shows some present tannins that will soon soften or integrate with food. Intended as the most easy drinking of the Amirault wines, this has nevertheless good length and concentration. The grapes come from several parcels with the 40-year-old vines mainly planted on sand and gravels along with a little clay. The 19-hectare domaine, which dates from 1936, has vines in both Bourgueil (two thirds) and St-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil (one third). Yannick Amirault took over in 1977 and made the domaine’s reputation. He was joined in 2003 by his son Benoît, who now manages the domaine, which is one of the Loire’s top red wine estates."
