Jordbund: Kalkstensplateau og kalkstens skråning med ler.
Vinfremstilling: 75% lagrer 18-20 mdr. på barriques (ca. 30% nye) - 25% lagrer i kar og amfora.
Produktion: Udbyttet er på kun 40 hl. Pr. hektar.
Château Fonroque har altid været på vores wish-list, og nu kan vi tilbyde en af Saint-Emilions mest elegante og saftige vine. Slottet, som producerer topvinen fra 17,6 hektar, har været certificeret økologisk siden 2006 og biodynamisk siden 2008 – medlem af Biodyvin.
